Kristine is an accomplished professional with over ten years of experience working in government and community relations for national and state membership associations, including the National Governors’ Association and most recently with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. After years of developing and communicating public policy strategies, creating correspondence for Congressmen and governors, and forging strategic alliances, she decided to leave the suits and heels behind, to focus on what intrigues her most – strategic communications. Kristine is a co-founder of Modo Design Group and brings her communications expertise and leadership to our marketing and public relations services.

Life has always been about design for Phil. From his youngest years, he was an artist at heart and quickly became captivated by design. As a graduate of the nationally acclaimed Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore, Phil not only has the creative skills and vision, but also the formal training to create and develop a full range of print, web, and interactive solutions. His design work has been featured in the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum in Manhattan. As a successful businessman, Phil founded and managed Newswanger Design for twelve years before co-founding Modo Design Group. He now leads Modo’s creative services and his vision has resulted in many long-term clients for the firm.
